SHIPPING POLICY

First and foremost thank you for choosing us to shop with 💖. You Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once order is shipped, tracking numbers will be sent out via email or text. Orders are shipped UPS GROUND 3-5 business days or USPS Priority Mail, not including weekends or holidays. In total time 3-7 business days at most depending on where you live. International shipping is 7-10 business days after processing. Every package is insured up to $100 for every order. If you would like to expedite your order please send us an email at sales@shoekandy.net to request expedited shipping.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and love your items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to return the item back to us. Please contact us FIRST before sending any items back or we will refuse any return made without an approval. Please note you are RESPONSIBLE for all shipping costs/fees. Return labels are not provided. ShoeKandy does not offer refunds, store credit ONLY. Please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends) to process return one received. You will receive your full store credit minus shipping cost. All items must be unworn, no smoke smells and in the same condition as they were sent. Please DO NOT tape our shoe boxes. You may ship back in any box or poly mailer as it was shipped out to you. As a result in returning our merchandise shipped back to us in improper condition such as a taped shoe box will result in your return being DENIED!
